By ZEKE MILLER, Associated Press

WASHINGTON (AP) – America’s top infectious disease expert has said the country should consider a vaccination mandate for domestic air travel.

Dr Anthony Fauci’s comments signal potential buy-in to an idea the Biden administration has previously avoided.

He says such a warrant could increase the overdue U.S. vaccination rate and provide stronger protection for flights, as infection rates rise.
