The special Easter menu, offered on Sunday, April 17 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., is full of elegant variations of adorable brunches that are sure to please your whole team.

If Eggs Benedict is your favorite, you’ll love the Lobster Benedict ($29), which features a rich butter-poached lobster tail alongside local poached eggs, toasted English muffins and Hollandaise sauce. If you’re more of a brunch sweetie type, the Fruit and Cream French Toast ($17) with raspberries, blueberry compote, raspberry ice cream, whipped mascarpone, micro mint and brown butter crumble is sure to satisfy.

For the ultimate sweet and savory match, you and a partner will find true happiness in the Brunch Board for 2 ($28), featuring a malty waffle served with Catskill Provision maple syrup, bacon and berries, plus Local Catsmo smoked salmon, bagel fries, chive cream cheese, prosciutto di Parma and homemade granola, Greek yogurt and jam.

The experience is accompanied by live music from violinist Brian Silber, and weather permitting, plan to arrive early so you can grab a table on the restaurant’s shaded terrace and enjoy your meal alfresco.

If this all sounds like a tantalizing way to spend your Sunday, be sure to mark your calendar for the restaurant’s Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 8, which will feature another special menu for the occasion.

And it’s not just the brunch that makes Willow by Charlie Palmer a favorite restaurant in Rhinebeck. Every Thursday, you can post to the Willow Bar from 3-6 p.m. for a special $1 on East Coast Oysters, and from 3-6 p.m. Monday-Friday you can treat yourself to the happy hour half special on all house wine and beer, which is served alongside a menu of savory bites like tuna tartare and small burgers made with local Wagyu beef.
